Power Cost Calculator

Calculate the electricity cost of running your equipment at any power rate. Useful for comparing hosting locations and estimating operational expenses.

Total Power (kW) --
Daily Energy Usage (kWh) --
Daily Electricity Cost --
Monthly Electricity Cost --
Yearly Electricity Cost --

Methodology

Total watts = watts_per_unit * num_units. Daily kWh = (total_watts / 1000) * hours_per_day. Daily cost = daily_kWh * electricity_rate. Monthly cost = daily_cost * 30.44 (avg days/month). Yearly cost = daily_cost * 365. Cost per kW per month = monthly_cost / (total_watts / 1000).
