Click on the "My Account" button and select "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Log in to your account dashboard to view real-time status of your hosted equipment. You can see uptime statistics, hash rates, temperature readings, and power consumption. For any anomalies, the system will automatically notify you via email.

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm CST. For critical issues affecting service availability, we offer 24/7 emergency support for enterprise customers. Standard ticket responses are typically within 24 hours.

Navigate to your account settings and select "Billing & Payments." From there, you can update your credit card, add new payment methods, or switch to cryptocurrency payments. All changes take effect immediately.
